If you want to budget for your dental care ... We accept Cash, Cheques, Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta and Solo, but for those who prefer budgeting monthly, we offer a monthly capitation scheme. This is a comprehensive scheme where for a monthly fee, all routine care is covered unless a laboratory fee is incurred (crowns, dentures, bridges etc.) when 35% of our private fee will be payable. This scheme also includes worldwide emergency cover for those who travel abroad or away from the practice. |

If you can’t keep an appointment ... Please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can use the time to help another person. If you give us less than 24 hours notice, it may not be possible to re-allocate your time and we may have to charge you for the time you have booked. |

Treatment plans and payment ... After a thorough assessment (with any necessary x-rays) we will give you a written treatment plan, detailing the exact cost of any proposed treatment so you will know exactly what it is likely to cost you before you agree to it. We request payment on commencement of treatment although staged payments may be possible by prior agreement with your dentist. |
